Prospective Parents

Prospective parents are welcome and encouraged to visit our program.  We encourage interested families to attend our Open House in February and also to spend a morning visiting our school while class is in session. These visits will give families a chance to view the school, ask questions, and talk to our teachers and parents. You are also invited to bring your child with you.

To schedule a visit please contact our director Laura Lechtenberg at 970-482-0343 or email  A scheduled visit will ensure the director will be available to share our program information, show you our classrooms, and answer all your questions. You are welcome to visit without an appointment by dropping into the preschool office to see if the director is available during school hours 9:15-11:15 Monday-Friday.

Our preschool is open to all children regardless of race, religion, or nationality who may benefit from our type of program. Enrollment priority is given to children of First United Methodist Church members and FUMC Co-op Preschool Alumni. Children with special needs will be assessed on an individual basis to determine their needs and make certain their needs can be met by our program.
